After a not so good start to this series, I enjoyed this episode as it was less gimmicky, more food and chef focussed.

Not enough cooking, too many stupid stunts. Ramsay's loud, brash bullying wearing thin.

This isn't a patch on the UK series mainly because they are desperate for conflict to improve the ratings. Having said that, this was a bloody good episode which warmed the cockles.
